Grasshopper Family,

Here we are! The last Friday of March! The last Friday of the first quarter! Easter weekend! Many on or heading into Spring Break!

Time is flying by.

The Colorado team shared more incredible shots of their mile-high location. And Devin is celebrating a birthday at the farm today!

I had the honor of spending the week with the Michigan team.

And it was absolutely incredible.

I started the week with some fantastic team meetings.

First, Jay Joy from Bridgeforth has joined us to take our financial strategy and organization to the next level. We were going to meet at the farm on Thursday. Little did either of us know that we would be on the same connecting flight from Chicago to Kalamazoo! We had met a lot on Zoom, but this was the first time meeting in person.

But, wait. It gets better.

We got to Kalamazoo and I found myself in a Seinfeld episode...they had my reservation but they did not have a car for me. If you know the episode, you know. Well, Jay was on his way to a dairy farm that was 30 minutes north of our farm. So, he gave me a ride to the farm!

There are no coincidences.

The CEO of Dart Bank and the head of commercial lending also came to meet at and tour the farm. They have seen a lot of cannabis operations, since they are one of the longest standing financial institutions who entered the cannabis space. Their bank was founded by a World War II former Marine and the bank remains to be an organization of incredible people with an incredible mission. They were very impressed with our people, what we do, and how we do it.

A pretty well known founding operator in Michigan with roots back to the early days in California came to visit as well, Willie McKenzie. We spent some quality time touring the farm and talking shop. It is an amazing connection and Wilie had very high praise for our team and farm.

We shared some exciting news a few months ago that we have sponsored Mitch Elsey, a professional fisherman. He is a fishing phenomenon with a touching story. His brother has a rare advanced form of Tourettes Syndrome and the only safe form of management he has been able to use is cannabis. Well, his brother happens to live close to the farm and it turns out that they have been watching us since we put the first shovel in the ground. We have now teamed up with Mitch and made sure his brother has access to the only product that is truly helping him.

Check out Mitch's visit to the farm on Instagram here or Facebook here! And please follow and support Mitch if you have capacity.

The racks are ready for our next round of plants! The plants, by the way, are looking GREAT! You might also notice some different pots. Those are a part of our R&D class that came from seeds! And, they are looking VERY promising!

We had some pictures sent in from Isla Mujeres where the GHF gear was being proudly represented by people who know of us!

I was thrilled to attend bingo night at the SugarBowl with the team. It was PACKED and there were several times when the crowd was chanting - pre rolls, pre rolls!

I took some outdoor shots that warmed my heart and then Jason sent me some that were absolutely incredible. Check out the final picture Jason provided in which he captured the sun and moon in the same shot. Awesome.

The message I shared with the team this morning was about things to consider when we are feeling stuck, and a little video to go with it.

I hope you enjoy this message as well -

Life has its moments when it feels like we're running in circles, stuck in the same spot, or experiencing the frustrating dance of taking one step forward only to be pushed two steps back.

But hold tight—these challenges are never permanent. Keep your spirits high and remember, it's okay to reach out for a helping hand. Keep pushing forward with determination and resilience.

And here's a little secret for the journey: finding a reason to smile, even amidst the hurdles, can transform your experience and lift you higher. Keep charging ahead with a smile, and watch the world change around you!

It's so easy for us to find ourselves in a carousel of routine. And it is really easy to feel stuck. Have faith! You are not stuck. Look and charge forward! Reach out and share your feelings. Ask for help.

You are incredible and anything you are navigating will absolutely lead to fantastic purpose and fulfillment.

Have an INCREDIBLE weekend!
